At The Aisle we have built a passionate team of carefully selected wedding hair and makeup artists. Our specialists cover Glasgow, Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. If you’re further afield never fear: our team can travel wherever required to bring our expertise to you.

An artist from our creative bridal team will work closely with you to ensure we deliver that perfect bespoke style. Our special wedding trials give you the chance to try different styles for both you wedding hair and bridal makeup at leisure, before settling on the perfect look for you.

Founder Kylie Macbeth is a fully qualified makeup artist and hairdresser. In 2009 she moved to London to pursue a career as a freelance hair and makeup artist. Having worked on fashion-led photoshoots for brands like ASOS, Kylie transitioned to styling hair and makeup for films and tv before finding her passion in bridal hair and makeup. Kylie understands the importance of feeling and looking your best on your wedding day. After working for luxury bridal agencies in London, she decided to move back home to Glasgow in 2012 and established The Aisle later that same year.

Kylie’s wealth of experience allows her to create diverse styles for all skin types and hair colours. Your wedding day is arguably one of the most special days of your life, and it is important that your makeup and hair lasts the whole day, looks great in photographs and makes you feel beautiful and confident.
